Protective Gears
Products made of soft leather such as Cricket Pads (Batting, Keeping & Thigh), Hand Gloves (Batting & Keeping), and similar products have a warranty on ‘Manufacturing defects only.’ The warranty on Protective Gears does not apply to Wear & Tear, scratches, etc.
Leather Ball:
We do our best to make WillCraft leather balls. However, considering the impact on balls while playing, shapes are likely to change over by over. Therefore, we have a limited warranty on WillCraft leather balls as described below:
- WillCraft Club Leather Ball – No Warranty
- WillCraft Tournament Leather Cricket Ball – 20 Overs in Favourable condition only
- WillCraft Test Leather Cricket Ball – 30 Overs in Favourable Condition only
Apparels:
Any tearing in fabric, stitches opening up, buttons ripping out does not cover any Warranty. We offer warranty on Colours only (1 month only).
Cricket Helmet:
We are concerned about player’s safety more than selling WillCraft Cricket Helmets. Our cricket helmets are made of quality materials and follow every standard to protect players. Since the helmets are designed for challenging impacts, it is natural to get fractured/cracked after prolonged use. Therefore, we do not provide warranty on helmets.
Accessories/Toys & Games/Football/Carrom:
WillCraft Accessories/Toys & Games/Football/Carrom such as skipping ropes, push-up stands, hand strengthners, footballs, chess boards, carrom boards, mats, etc., are semi-fragile items, and thus, we cannot offer a warranty.
